Seattle Wrestling Club was established in 2003. We offer both folkstyle and freestyle seasons as follows:
We practice at Nathan Hale High School and compete in tournaments under the auspices of the Washington State Wrestling Association and The Western Washington Kid's Wrestling League.

Practice
Practices are held from 6:00 pm-7:30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays during the season. Check the calendar to confirm practice on any specific day. Practices are appropriate for all skill levels from beginner to advanced.

Tournaments
Tournaments are a great way for wrestlers to put all of their hard work in practice to use. There are tournaments during most weekends during the wrestling season. For beginners, there are several novice tournaments for first and second-year wrestlers only. We encourage all wrestlers to compete in as many tournaments as possible. They are a fun team event and a great way for wrestlers hone their skills.

Our Coaching Staff
We have several long-time coaches with many combined years of high school, middle school and club experience. We also encourage any parents who are interested to get certified through USA Wrestling and help during practices and tournaments.
